This service entitle to Passenger who need stretcher case during the flight.
Availability of this service depends on seat availability, the availability of stretcher case and oxygen (if the patient requires oxygen during flight).
Blockage minimum 10 seats (9 seats for stretcher placement and 1 seat for medical officer).
The patient's family must pay the standard tariff package in accordance with the route and cost oxygen required during the flight.
There are two forms that should be filled for this services :
1. The Disclaimer Statement form, should be filled out by the patient's family (Download form disini).
2. Medical Information form, should be filled out by physicians who treat patients /passengers (Download form disini).

The patient's family should prepare an ambulance at the airport of departure and arrival. Our officers can assist ambulance request admission to the airport authority.
Need approval from quarantine office.
